TORRANCE, Calif. — Oct. 27, 2026 — XSEED Games, the independent-minded publishing brand of Marvelous USA, Inc., and Little Chicken Game Company today announced that the supernatural (un-)life sim Moonlight Peaks will be coming to PlayStation®5 on Nov. 17, 2026. Originally released for Windows PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch™, Nintendo Switch™ 2, and Google Play Games, the title has sold over 300,000 units worldwide since it first rose from its coffin on July 7, 2026, on its way to earning critical and fan acclaim with the console version rating an 81 Metacritic and a “Very Positive” 88% user score on Steam. It will be available digitally for PlayStation®5, complete with all the quality-of-life improvements released since launch on previous platforms, and with a special launch-week discount of 20% off its regular price of $34.99 for PlayStation Plus subscribers from Nov. 17 through Nov. 23. Additionally, PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers can also enjoy a limited, two-hour trial of Moonlight Peaks beginning on Nov. 17, with progress carrying over to the full game when purchased.
Experience life as a vampire in a magical town full of werewolves, witches, mermaids, and more in Moonlight Peaks! In this heartwarming, supernatural (un-)life-sim, players set out to show their skeptical father that a life of compassion is possible – even for the undead. Make friends with the other local creatures of the night and perhaps find eternal love in the mystical dating scene. Players will settle down in the family’s haunted cottage, customizing it to suit their own sense of gothic style. Embrace immortality and unlock ancient abilities, master potion brewing, and expand a grimoire of spells, all in the name of a more bountiful harvest. Developed by Little Chicken Game Company and published in the Americas by XSEED Games, Moonlight Peaks launched for Windows PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and Google Play Games on July 7, 2026, and will launch for PlayStation 5 on Nov. 17, 2026 for $34.99, with a 20% launch-week discount through Nov. 23. The title is available in a standard digital edition for $39.99 for the Nintendo Switch™ 2 Edition and $34.99 on Nintendo Switch, Steam, and Google Play Games. A Digital Deluxe Edition, which includes the game, a digital art book, and digital soundtrack, is also available on Steam for $44.97.
The game is published in Europe by Marvelous Europe and Clouded Leopard in Asia. This title has been rated “T for Teen” by the ESRB on consoles and mobile; the PC release has not been rated.
