Since Sept. 5, Cronos: The New Dawn has been available on Nintendo Switch 2, bringing its acclaimed survival horror experience to handheld players. Following widespread critical praise, the full release launched last Friday across all major platforms — PC (Steam, GOG, Epic), PS5, Xbox Series X|S. To mark the occasion, a chilling new live-action trailer offers a haunting glimpse into the world of Cronos. With its gripping story and next-gen visuals, the game ushers in a bold new era for the genre — and a standout moment for Nintendo fans.

To further celebrate the launch, Bloober Team released a special Nintendo live-action trailer showcasing one of the game’s most defining features — time travel between two eras. The trailer also highlights powerful moments from the game, including merging monsters, struggles with orphans, limited resources, and other intense scenes that make Cronos a true treat for survival horror fans — dark, unsettling, and packed with fresh ideas the genre hasn’t seen in years. Additionally, the game leverages the hardware capabilities of the Nintendo Switch 2, allowing players to choose from three different aiming modes: standard, gyroscope, and mouse controls.
