An “Animal Force” Saves Humankind from Alien Invasion this July on PlayStation®VR
Oasis Games Announces Upcoming Release of Comedic, Festive Fun for All,
VR Party Game, ‘Animal Force’
June 20, 2018 – Oasis Games Ltd, a leading global game publisher, today announced the upcoming release of Animal Force – an adventure filled VR party game for everyone. Developed for PlayStation®VR, players enter an alternate Earth which is under attack by aliens and only a ragtag team of animals with superpowers on a rocket can save humankind. An official selection for the Sony Interactive (Shanghai) China Hero Project (as “The X Animal”), Animal Force will be released on PS VR this July.
“Many of us had a fascination with the animal kingdom as children, giving them personalities and wondering how much like us they were,” said Daniel Lin, Senior Marketing Director at Oasis Games. “With Animal Force we hope our players of all ages will channel their animal spirit and join their friends, humans and animals alike, in this zany VR adventure.”
In the Story mode of Animal Force, the player selects from a colorful cast of 11 animal heroes that grow stronger as the battle to save Earth wages on. But no matter how cute these creatures are they must be chosen carefully, for depending on the mission, a summoner cat can be a better bet than the tiger’s long-range attacks. The super stylized, vibrant animated world entertains with four distinct and familiar mini-games: Tower Defense (single player only), Steal the Statue, Odd One Out, or Divide & Conga – that’s right, Conga! In multiplayer mode, the player with the PlayStation®VR headset will control the action with a PlayStation®Move controller, while up to three additional players disguised as enemies join the fun with the DualShock® controller. Whether playing solo or with friends, there’s always a party with this wild posse of supercharged animal heroes!
Animal Force is co-presented by Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia, ISVR and published by Oasis Games in North America. This game has been rated “E for Everyone” by the ESRB.
