Toadman Interactive AB, a publicly listed gaming company in Stockholm, is delighted to confirm today that is has acquired UK based publisher, Sold Out Sales & Marketing.

The deal is part of Toadman’s strategy to create a business collective with expertise and resources that span all areas of the videogame industry and will see Sold Out join the Toadman group of businesses, which includes Petrol Advertising, Antimatter Games and the GameSessions distribution platform all acquired earlier this year.
