HONG KONG – Feb. 14, 2022 – The Sandbox, a leading metaverse platform and subsidiary of Animoca Brands, announced today that it has partnered with SHIFT UP, one of the top game developers in Korea to bring experiences from its popular Destiny Child IP, in voxel form to its own dedicated LAND in The Sandbox metaverse. Players will be able to purchase NFTs to create a variety of content, including games, amusement parks, home parties, social events and more.

Destiny Child, a mobile narrative Collectable Character Game (CCG) known for its high-quality illustrations and diverse characters, ranked first in Google Play and App Store when it was launched in October 2016.

 

The Destiny Child universe continues to grow with partnerships across games, comics, stores, and others and is now expanding into the metaverse.
